Day 1 :
Day 01: Arrive at Islamabad International Airport, Islamabad

Altitude: 540 mOur guide(s) will pick you up at the airport. You will be transferred to hotels shortly. Our participants can unwind and recover from their lengthy journey on this day.Pickup information:
Our guide will be holding orange placards with our company’s logo and your name on them. You must fly into Islamabad International Airport. International flights typically arrive in the afternoon or at midnight. You must notify us of your inbound and outgoing flights at least five days before your arrival in Pakistan. Unless you are flying a connecting flight from another location in Pakistan, our staff/guide will meet you at the international arrivals gates. The guide/staff will transport you to our affiliated hotel. Please notify us in advance if you do not require airport transportation.After lunch and some relaxation at the hotel (preferably if you arrive between 9am and 12pm), our guide/representative will pick up all of our guests around 6pm for a briefing and final payments at our office, followed by supper. Day 02: Fly to Skardu, Karakoram

Altitude: 2,498 mParticipants will take a beautiful trip from Islamabad airport to Skardu airport this morning. If the clouds cooperate, you will be able to view Nanga Parbat. The day is free after arriving at Skardu.Accommodation:Twin-sharing room at Concordia Motel (see pictures), Mountain Lodge (see pictures) or equivalent standard partner hotel (depends on occupancy) in Skardu.Meals:Breakfast, lunch and dinner + tea/coffee and snacks

Day 03: Spend free day in Skardu
On This Day
Altitude: 2,498 mAfter breakfast, the participants will go to Skardu’s Kharpocho fort, which is positioned on a mountain. The Kharpocho fort offers a spectacular view of the Indus River and Skardu town. Participants will also have the option of taking a tour to Sadpara Lake, followed by free time in Skardu Bazaar.During the sightseeing, our personnel will take care of any further government paperwork that is required in Skardu. This can take up to two days. We have contingency days planned at the conclusion of the walk in case of delays.Accommodation:Twin-sharing room at Chateau Royale (see pictures), Prestige Residence (see pictures) or equivalent standard partner hotel (depends on occupancy) in Islamabad.Meals:Breakfast, lunch and dinner + tea/coffee and snacks
Day 4 :
Day 04: Drive to Askole village

GPS Data:Altitude: 3,015 mThe participants will begin their jeep safari in the direction of Daso, passing via the Shigar valley. The journey will take place along the banks of the Braldu River, which runs all the way to Askole. Askole will be the final settlement on our itinerary; after exiting the jeeps, participants will begin walking. However, depending on the road conditions, participants may begin their walk before arriving in Askole. Day 5 :
Day 05: Trek from Askole to Jhola via the snout of Biafo Glacier

GPS Data:Altitude: 3,103 mFollowing the completion of the necessary supply list and equipment, the porters will load up for the journey to Jhola. The valley serves as a portal to the Biafo glacier, which flows over fifty kilometres from Hispar La to Braldu. The participants will experience moraine walking as they traverse the glacier’s snout and descend to a picnic site near the Korofon river.The route will take us to the confluence of the Braldu and Domordo rivers. The former trail will not be used for the journey; instead, a modern trail will take us upstream, where participants will cross the river via bridge. Day 6 :
Day 06: Trek from Jhola to Paiju following the Braldu river

GPS Data:Altitude: 3,418 mOn this day of our K2 base camp trip, we will follow the Braldu gorge and the Braldu river’s bank. The participants will be able to see the spectacular Trango Tower and Cathedral Peak rocks. Participants should avoid getting sunburned on this day because the walking conditions can be exceedingly dry and hot.Several glacier streams flow down into the valley, and depending on the water levels, participants will need to utilise river crossing shoes. On a clear day, the trekkers will be able to see the snout of the Baltoro Glacier. On this day, the participants will climb away from the river to camp at Paiju, the last camp where they will see trees for quite some time.Accommodation:Camping in twin-sharing dome tent (see pictures)Meals:Breakfast, lunch and dinner + snacks (dry fruit/chocolate) for trek, appetizer (soup/fried-snacks) before dinner and dessert/fruits after dinner
Day 7 :
Day 07: Acclimatize and rest in Paiju

GPS Data:Altitude: 3,418 mThe participants will spend the day at Paiju Camp getting acclimated and resting. The porters, on the other hand, will take their time baking bread for the following week on the glacier. Day 8 :
Day 08: Trek from Paiju to Khoburtse

GPS Data:Altitude: 3,788 mThe walking will be difficult on this day, but the landscape will become more spectacular with each step onto the snout of Baltoro Glacier. The trail involves continual up and down climbs on the glacier moraine, and while the trail is relatively safe, it is strongly advised to be cautious at all times. As they go, the participants will be treated to breathtaking vistas of Trango Tower and Uli Biaho. The participants must cross the glacier to reach Liligo. Day 9 :
Day 09: Cross small glaciers and walk to Urdukus

GPS Data:Altitude: 3,905 mAfter passing through two small glaciers, the Trango Towers can be viewed. The players would spend the night in Urdukas, near the army camp, the next night. Day 10: Trek to Goro II, the junction of the Baltoro glaciers and Young husband

GPS Data:Altitude: 4,285 mThe participants on our K2 base camp tour will be strolling in the centre of the glacier on this day. The medial moraine will be followed, with views of Masherbrum (7821m) to the south. The athletes will be hiking up and down the rocky moraine and walking by large ice seracs as they progress.This will be the first night’s stay camp on Baltoro Glacier at Goro II, which is located at the junction of Baltoro Glacier and Younghusband Glacier. The temperature could plummet drastically. Day 11 :
Day 11: Trek to Concordia through a rocky moraine

GPS Data:Altitude: 4,512 mOn this day of the K2 base camp trip, hikers will arrive at Concordia after trudging up the moraine continually, with more and more high snowcapped peaks appearing along the route, culminating in the view of K2. Day 12 :
Day 12: Trek to Broad Peak BC, Gilkey Memorial and K2 Base Camp (optional)
On This Day
GPS Data:Today, you can hike up the Godwin-Austen glacier to the Art Gilkey Memorial (an American geologist and mountaineer), which is right before K2 Base Camp. This has been a long but amazing day. We will leave early in the morning, crossing the glaciers onto the thin track leading to K2 (the trail is all rocky). The mountain appears to grow larger and larger as we follow the glacier towards K2. Broad Peak appears to our right after approximately 3 hours, and we pass Broad Peak base camp (we can turn around here).We usually have our lunch break here, and those who are still going continue on with K2 towering over us as we approach closer and closer.The Art Gilkey Memorial is located just before base camp, among the rock and ice strewn landscape. A brief scramble gets us to the memorial for those whose lives K2 claimed. Plaques and etched tin plates are affixed to a small rocky outcrop at the base of this massive mountain. There are excellent views of K2 just above us, and we may see some climbing excursions. Day 13: Trek to Goro I/Biango

GPS Data:Altitude: 4,010On this day of the K2 base camp trip, trekkers must leave this camp and return to Goro I. Day 14 :
Day 14: Trek to Khoburtse with views of Trango Towers

GPS Data:Altitude: 3,788On this day, the participants will go to the Urdukas campground and then follow the same trail down to Goro I via the glacier. They will have spectacular views of Trango Towers before arriving in Khurburtse. Day 15 :
Day 15: Trek back to camp Paiju

GPS Data:Altitude: 3,418On this day of the K2 base camp trip, participants will travel down the slope of the glacier to Liligo, the final place where they will move their track from the moraine onto more firm ground. Day 16 :
Day 16: Trek to Jhola campsite

GPS Data:Altitude: 3,418The walking will be much easier on this day because everyone will be following the same track to the Bradlu gorge. This day, however, there may be some river crossings. Day 17 :
Day 17: Trek to Askole and drive to Skardu town

These delays can be caused by a variety of circumstances, including (but not limited to) road construction. You will have a pleasant time relaxing at the Islamabad hotel.Domestic flights are occasionally cancelled due to weather conditions. If your flight is cancelled, you will drive to Chilas for the night. Our guests will travel from Chilas to Islamabad in the early morning, which could take up to 10 hours. However, if the players make it to Islamabad on the domestic flight, it would be a free day.
