1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of South Asia Heritage Travel & Tours services. By booking a tour or package with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or by visiting our offices.
- Payment must be made via online bank transfer at the time of booking. We may introduce additional payment methods in the future.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your booking before departure, you may request a refund according to the following schedule:
- 90 or more days prior to departure: Non-refundable booking deposit
- 45-89 days prior to departure: 30% of the total package
- 31-44 days prior to departure: 75% of the total package
- 0-30 days prior to departure: 100% of the total package
4. Services Included and Excluded
Our services typically include guided tours, accommodation, transportation, and meals. However, specific inclusions may vary depending on the tour or package. Please refer to the itinerary provided for details.
5. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or political instability. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
6. Liability
South Asia Heritage Travel & Tours is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by customers while on a tour, including personal injury, illness, or property damage. We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
